Ilanga outsourcing becomes the sole Employer of staff associated with the SBU and hence, our client will not be liable, in terms of Section 198(2) of the LRA and LRAA, and the deeming Clause is not applicable. Ilanga will become the sole employer and all instructions and supervision of Ilanga’s Employees will come from Ilanga only.
